I am a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and experienced trainer working with children, young people and adults. I believe passionately in promoting good mental health and wellbeing.  I work with clients to explore a range of topics including adoption, anxiety, autism, bereavement, depression, eating disorders, education, general counselling, health, identity, loss, mental health, pregnancy, redundancy, relationships, self-esteem, stress, young carers and work. For over ten years I have worked in education and the charity sector.
